Belgium – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Ter beschikking stellen van uitzendkracht

Vlaamse Vervoermaatschappij De LijnBelgiumPublished on Jun 29, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The contract concerns the flexible provision, with or without own selection, of temporary agency workers as and when De Lijn requires them to meet their staffing needs. The use of temporary agency work is permitted in the following cases: 1. temporary replacement of a contractual employee whose employment contract has been suspended; 2. temporary replacement of a contractual employee whose employment contract has ended; 3. temporary replacement of a contractual employee with a partial career break or reduced performance within the framework of the care credit; 5. a temporary increase in work; 6. execution of exceptional work; 7. within the framework of employment trajectories. We distinguish 3 types of orders within this framework agreement: - Regular orders: the employment agency is engaged to actively search for and screen suitable candidates. The employment agency whose proposed candidate is chosen as the final candidate by De Lijn is responsible for the full administrative management and the employment via temporary agency work. - Payroll orders: De Lijn itself provides one or more candidates. The employment agency is responsible for the full administrative management and the employment via temporary agency work/flexible employment. - Selection fee orders: the employment agency, on behalf of De Lijn, searches for suitable candidates for a temporary position and the selected candidate enters into service with the client (with or without a period of temporary agency work) via a contract of (in)determinate duration. De Lijn pays a selection fee to the employment agency.
