The new construction of the Robert Schumann Hochschule (RSH), 2nd site, is being developed on the approximately 48,000 m2 plot of land "Campus Golzheim" in Düsseldorf, within walking distance of the RSH's main site at Fischerstraße. In addition to the new RSH building, existing buildings (including A, N, B) will be retained for other users on the campus, while several older building sections will be decontaminated and demolished to make way for the new construction. Only the new construction of the RSH is relevant for the IBM. Demolition and remediation measures, as well as the remaining existing buildings, are not the subject of the scope of services.
