Germany – Construction work – Bauleistungen im Bereich Trockenbauwände und Innentüren für den Neubau Herzzentrum und Informatics for Life am Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg

A new university heart centre is being constructed at the Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg within the hospital grounds at the Neuenheimer Feld, during the ongoing operations of the Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg, on the site of the old children's hospital. The new heart centre will bring together the cardiology, angiology, cardiac surgery, paediatric cardiology, paediatric cardiac surgery, and cardiac anaesthesia departments of the Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg. Through interdisciplinary cooperation and innovations, synergies and added value in care and research will be generated. The scientific work area Informatics for Life (IFL) will be directly integrated into the new heart centre and functionally closely connected to it. By focusing on scientific computing in cardiovascular molecular research, progress in personalised heart medicine in Germany will be achieved.
