The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of the criminal records application system. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement with the deadlines for providing the services is given in the Technical Specification. The Criminal Records (KE) application system is used for entering, storing, processing and exchanging data on criminal convictions, sanctions and judgments. The system is owned by the Ministry and is located in the Centre for Shared Services. Its main purpose is to enable quick and secure delivery of data to the judicial system of the Republic of Croatia, ensure accurate and secure exchange of data with national and international systems (ECRIS RI, ECRIS TCN), and provide various services to end users (legal and natural persons and institutions).
