The procurement concerns statutory occupational health and safety and work ability management services, other preventive occupational health and safety and work ability management services, occupational health care services, service for assessing the need for care, and an electronic work ability management system. The scope of the service and the introduction of additional services are agreed in more detail in the procurement contract and the occupational health care action plan. The customer retains the right to limit the service being purchased. The procuring entity is not committed to specific procurement quantities, and the procurement contract does not give the service provider the sole right to implement the procurement. The services according to the contract are produced as described in the tender notice and its annexes. This is a public tender exceeding the threshold value. The procuring entity sets eligibility requirements for tenderers.
