The subject of the contract is the provision of complex, secure and economically advantageous mobile and fixed telecommunication services for the voice SIM cards of the contracting authority, including ISP internet services, participant connection to the public switched telephone network (PSTN), supplementary public telecommunication services and the supply of mobile telecommunication devices for 48 months. The subject of the contract is also the establishment and operation of a bulk SMS sending service known as SMS Gateway. The delivery of end-user mobile devices and accessories represents an ancillary performance, which is operationally and technically linked to the provision of mobile services. The end-user mobile devices with accessories will be used exclusively in conjunction with the SIM or eSIM cards of the service provider and their activation, configuration, management, servicing and claims will be ensured within a single contractual and liability regime. The contracting authority requires a single liability for the functionality, compatibility and operational integrity of mobile services and end-user mobile devices with accessories.
