The subject of the public contract is the provision, development and technical support of the services of the National Infrastructure for Electronic Public Procurement (hereinafter “NIPEZ”) and the technological infrastructure necessary for the operation of the NIPEZ services. The detailed specification of the required operation, development and technical support services is contained in Annex No. 1 of the binding draft contract, which forms Annex No. 8 of the tender documentation. The detailed specification of the NIPEZ services, the operation, development and technical support of which is the subject of the public contract, is contained in Annex No. 6 of the binding draft contract, which forms Annex No. 8 of the tender documentation.
