Denmark – Research and development services and related consultancy services – EEA/CCE/TC/26/005 - Topic Centre on Trends and Projections in Europe, Effort Sharing Regulation implementation, and Knowledge on the EU Emission Trading System 2027-2030

Support with monitoring progress towards key climate and energy targets of EU countries, Energy Community contracting parties and the EU, based on historic trends and future projections for GHG emission reductions, energy consumption and renewable energy headline indicators. Support with analytical contributions and the provision of knowledge services in relation to Art. 6 and 7 of the European Climate Law, for the production of the EEA Trends and Projections in Europe annual flagship report. Support with computing and quality-checking GHG emission shares under the Effort Sharing Regulation. Support with database improvement and management, with QA/QC and data aggregation in relation to the EU ETS, and with updating key indicators and interactive viewers.
