Netherlands – Touch screen monitors – Aanbesteding Touchscreens

The primary objective of this procurement procedure is to contract a professional supplier for the delivery of touchscreens for all participating schools of Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs (OMO). The touchscreens will be used to support the educational process, particularly for providing (interactive) lessons in the classroom. Based on an inventory within the participating schools, it has been established that approximately 2,100 touchscreens are currently in use. This number is expected to remain relatively stable throughout the contract period. Based on these assumptions, the total estimated contract value for eight (8) years is € 4,000,000, excluding inflation correction and VAT. The maximum contract value is set at € 5,000,000, excluding inflation correction and VAT. The estimated contract value is based on historical expenditures, volume expectations, and the applied inflation correction. When the maximum contract value is reached, it will legally come to an end.
