The Finnish Customs (procuring entity) invites tenders for wind turbines in accordance with this tender notice and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is 5 wind turbines in the power class 1-1,5 kW and optionally 4 wind turbines in the power class 1-1,5 kW and 10 wind turbines in the power class 300-500 W. The procuring entity may exercise the options immediately or later. The options may also be exercised as individual orders. The procuring entity decides on the use of the options by no later than 31.12.2027. The operating environment for the wind turbines is the outer archipelago located in the Finnish sea area, so the wind turbines must withstand the marine weather conditions prevailing in the outer archipelago. The temperature range is at most -30 and +35 degrees Celsius. Due to the challenging accessibility of the site, for example during ice conditions, we require durability and ease of maintenance from the products. The wind turbines must be maintenance-free or maintenance is only required annually or less frequently. The procurement does not include the installation of the wind turbines, so the wind turbines must be delivered ready for installation. All device-specific installation materials must be included in the delivery.
