Romania – Construction work for school buildings – Execuție lucrări pentru proiectul ”Modernizarea infrastructurii educaționale din Municipiul Iași” cod SMIS 354434

The subject of the present contract is the execution of works for the achievement of the objectives within the project: “MODERNIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IAȘI” code SMIS 354434, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Project (PTh), the Execution Details (DDE) and the Specification of Works. Lot 1 - “CONSTRUCTION OF SPORTS HALL AT THE GYMNASIUM SCHOOL „GHEORGHE I. BRATIANU”; Lot 2 - “EXTENSION OF NICOLAE IORGA GYMNASIUM SCHOOL”; Lot 3 - “EXTENSION OF VERONICA MICLE GYMNASIUM SCHOOL”; Lot 4 - CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL SPORTS HALL AT THE SCHOOL „OTILIA CAZIMIR” - EXTENSION OF EXISTING BUILDING”; Lot 5 - “CONSTRUCTION OF KINDERGARTEN AND DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING. The Municipality of Iași will award a contract/contracts for works (by lots), in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Financing Contract No. 1016/28.05.2026. By achieving this objective, an important step is taken towards promoting an active and balanced lifestyle among young people, as well as supporting education through modern means. The investment reflects the commitment of local authorities to support educational performance and personal development in an environment that encourages learning, collaboration and civic engagement. The project contributes to the improvement of educational infrastructure, providing students with modern and adequate spaces for educational activities. Through this investment, not only the development of young people is pursued, but also the creation of a complete educational environment, adapted to current needs and oriented towards performance and well-being. The main categories of works requested for all 5 lots include, but are not limited to: 1. Infrastructure and building superstructure works; 2. Interior and exterior finishing works; 3. Pavement and exterior arrangement works; 4. Electrical and energy supply installations; 5. Sanitary installations; 6. Thermal installations; 7. Low current electrical installations. The estimated total value of the contract: 61.765.777,48 lei excluding VAT, taking into account the estimated global value of all lots (according to the GENERAL DEVIZELOR prepared for each lot separately), not included in the estimated value calculation (total contract value/estimated lot value) various and unforeseen expenses as well as expenses related to the budget margin and for the establishment of the implementation reserve for price adjustment (General Deviz Cap. 7) The number of days within which economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submission of tenders: 21 days. The contracting authority will only respond to clarifications requests submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set, on the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority sets a single deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information.
