Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Strategische SAP Partner(s)

The strategic SAP partner contract to be awarded provides for the supply of services, as further specified in the awarding guide, to be provided to the selected Tenderers. Through the procedure, TNO intends to select parties based on the Selection Guide within a lot division: Lot 1: HR processes. Lot 2: Procurement processes. Lot 3: Finance processes and SAP/overall management function. The contract for all lots broadly includes: - Transition from a technically driven single-vendor landscape to a functionally driven landscape based on business processes. - Setting up management from an Agile/Scrum (DevOps) approach per lot. - Per lot (HR, Procurement, and Finance), a specialist so that domain-specific innovation and governance can be addressed. - Managing, executing and/or implementing projects and changes based on functional requirements by the supplier. Service provision Lot 1: €500K changes, incidents and management; €400K projects and advice. Service provision Lot 2: €200K changes, incidents and management; €100K projects and advice. Service provision Lot 3: €900K changes, incidents and management; €500K projects and advice.
