Netherlands – Grounds maintenance services – Europese openbare aanbesteding Groenonderhoud en Gladheidsbestrijding Hoofdkantoor ten behoeve van de N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie

Gasunie aims to ensure that, during the contract period, the outdoor area of its headquarters in Groningen is maintained in a safe, well-kept, representative manner, and in accordance with the applicable quality and safety standards. The contract involves performing regular and corrective green maintenance, executing ice and snow removal, and maintaining gutters, in accordance with a RAW specification. The intended outcome is that:

• The outdoor area meets the established visual and maintenance levels throughout the year;

• the safety and accessibility of the outdoor area and hard surfaces are ensured;

• the outdoor area has a representative appearance that matches Gasunie's headquarters;

• maintenance is carried out efficiently and manageably within the contract terms.

Agreement of four (4) years with an option to extend for four (4) times one (1) year.
