The city of Erftstadt plans to develop a new residential quarter in the immediate vicinity of the new campus in the Liblar district over the coming years, under the working title "Wohnen am Campus". The housing space created there, combined with high-quality open and green spaces and a future-proof and modern transport concept, is intended to contribute to strengthening Erftstadt as a place to live and to future urban development in Liblar. Overall, the city of Erftstadt has set itself the goal of relieving the tight housing market through the development of "Wohnen am Campus".
