Framework agreement for the award of a contract for the procurement of up to 30 ballast distribution and levelling machines. Procedure: competitive procedure with prior call for competition. Client: DB BahnbauGruppe GmbH. Essential requirements for the vehicles (non-exhaustive): a. Powerful plough technology (flank, shoulder and centre plough) for creating ballast profiles according to Ril 824, adjustable plough geometry (height, inclination, reach) with reproducible accuracy b. Performance of at least 1500 m/h when profiling in compliance with regulations c. Suitable for all track forms (concrete, wooden, plastic sleepers) as well as tracks and points, can work at a minimum radius of 170m and at cant values up to 180mm d. Use in the DB network (at least track category D2) with proof of full authorisation according to the 4th Railway Package e. Equipped with ETCS according to the requirements in the specification and TSI f. The cab(s) is/are ergonomic, user-friendly, air-conditioned, heated and suitable for the carriage of personnel g. Further requirements according to the tender documents.
