Norway – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – 26225 Winter maintenance

The competition is for the delivery of winter maintenance in Hitra municipality. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period including options. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the Public Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the main elements of the contract do not include work where it is relevant to use labour with certificates of apprenticeship or craft, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h 2nd section letter c.
