France – Installation of metal joinery except doors and windows – Etude, Fourniture et pose de POrtes de Sortie et de Services ( POSS) sur le réseau Metro et RER

This supply contract is part of the operation to modernise the exit and temporary access devices in the stations of the Metro and RER networks, in a context of renewal and reconfiguration of validation lines, rationalisation of equipment ranges (reduction in the number of references and harmonisation of solutions) and elevation of requirements. It concerns the study, supply and installation of exit doors, service turnstiles and sealings. These items are intended for the passenger areas of the Metro and RER networks operated by the RATP (welcome halls, control zones, corridors, exit routes, etc.). The main services to be carried out under the framework agreement are, in particular, the following:

• Industrial studies and associated execution documents (drawings, calculation notes, nomenclatures, instructions);

• Prototypes and pre-series, as well as the necessary tests and validations;

• The supply of technical documents: certificates of conformity, user and maintenance instructions, safety files, environmental sheets (FDES/LCA), quality assurance plan, etc.;

• Industrial manufacture and supply of the POSS range products, in the quantities and variants defined in the contract;

• If necessary, installation studies (site surveys, EXE drawings, structural calculation notes) and on-site installation, in coordination with the other lots and site constraints.

This contract is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, with a minimum amount corresponding to the amount of the Study and Prototype phase and a maximum amount corresponding to the maximum amount of the successful tenderer's offer.
