1. The objective of the tender is to find software development partners for the development and maintenance of the IT service "Environmental Decision Information System" (hereinafter KOTKAS) managed by KeMIT.

2. The subject of the tender is the performance of development and maintenance work for 48 (forty-eight) months from the conclusion of the framework agreement or until the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the framework agreement. / Exclusion and qualification criteria: See tender documents.
