Romania – Vans – 83 autovehicule utilitare noi prin leasing financiar pe 4 ani, servicii de asigurare CASCO pe 4 ani, servicii de asigurare RCA pentru 1 an, 4 pachete de revizii si 3 ITP-uri, aferente acestora

The procurement of a total of 83 new utility vehicles (63 van-type vehicles + 20 truck-type vehicles) through financial leasing for 4 years, including 4 years of CASCO insurance services, 1 year of RCA insurance services, 4 maintenance packages and 3 ITPs, related to these. The necessary advance for financing will be zero. At the end of the leasing period, the purchaser will exercise the option to acquire ownership of the leased assets. The CASCO insurance concluded for the vehicles will provide compensation for damage caused while stationary or in motion, with a zero deductible, in accordance with the insurance conditions regulated in Romania. The RCA insurance concluded for the vehicles will provide compensation for damage caused to third parties, in accordance with the RCA insurance conditions regulated in Romania. The procurement will take place in 2 lots. An economic operator may submit a bid for one or both lots. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.elicitatie.ro/pub). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids is 18 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting bids. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators until the set deadline (in accordance with art.173, para.1 of Law no. 99/2016).
