North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the goods described in this invitation to participate and its annexes for the needs of Pohde and its sub-regional entities (YTA). The YTA sub-region includes Lapland Wellbeing Services County (Lapha), Central Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Soite) and Kainuu Wellbeing Services County. The procurement unit will conduct procurements through separate internal competitions within the DPS, to which suppliers accepted into the system may participate. The procurement unit will accept into the system all candidates who submit an application for participation and meet the eligibility criteria set for them. The procurement procedure for the DPS is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to participate. The subject of the procurement are orthopaedic supplies, implants and biomaterials used in the surgical treatment of injuries to the musculoskeletal system. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into the following categories: 1. Trauma surgical supplies 2. Artificial joint systems and supplies 3. Orthopaedic biomaterials 4. New innovations and other supplies used in orthopaedic procedures. The procurement unit has the right to procure equipment outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example through separate competitions, direct procurements or on the basis of existing agreements, within the framework of the procurement act. The dynamic purchasing system is in force until 31.1.2032, unless otherwise notified by a separate notice. The use of electronic auctions in internal competitions is possible.
