The Concession aims to construct and operate a dry-dock facility in the East zone of the Marina del Cantábrico basin to provide services for lifting, moving, launching and manoeuvring of vessels using travelift, mobile cranes or other equivalent mechanical means; use of ramps, dry docks, technical platforms and other infrastructure intended for the dry docking and storage of vessels; and, in general, to provide industrial services related to the maintenance, repair, fitting out and construction of vessels, as defined in the Contract Documents
