Germany – Structural shell work – Umbau und Erweiterung des Rathauses in Olfen - BA 2 - Altbau - Rohbau

The City of Olfen is retrofitting the historic town hall to make it energy-efficient and expanding it into a barrier-free, modern administrative seat with additional civic and cultural uses. The measure is being carried out in two construction phases. Construction Phase 1 (BA1) – the new building in the northern construction area – is completed. The administration moved into the new building in October 2026; it will be in operation throughout BA2. The subject of this tender are the rough construction works of Construction Phase 2 (BA2): partial demolition, renovation and extension of the adjacent old building to the south and its connection to the new building.
