France – Luncheon vouchers – Fourniture de titres restaurant et de titres cadeaux dématérialisés pour les agents de l'Agence Régionale de la Biodiversité et de l'Environnement (ARBE)

The supply, delivery and management via a smartphone application of dematerialized, nominative meal vouchers and gift vouchers, in the form of a single card, in accordance with the applicable legislation for the agents of the Agence Régionale de la Biodiversité et de l'Environnement (ARBE). This card must allow the beneficiary agents to use it with all traders and establishments affiliated with the acceptance network, for the settlement of eligible expenses under the regulation applicable to meal vouchers. The card can be linked to the agent's bank account to settle the remaining amount due with the same card.
