Evida offers a complete turnkey delivery of physical security at approximately 600 locations throughout Denmark, followed by service, maintenance, and support. Evida is Denmark's gas distribution company and part of the critical infrastructure. The project aims to ensure a uniform and documentable level of security across locations, as well as to support requirements for resilience, preparedness, and operational safety. The tender is conducted by Evida Service A/S (CVR-nr. 40318941), headquartered at Vognmagervej 14, 8800 Viborg, but in such a way that both the main contract and the service contract are tendered and entered into as a group contract on behalf of all current and future companies in the Evida group, including Evida Gasnet A/S.

Scope and Main Services: The tender includes a complete delivery from one main contractor with nationwide delivery, installation, and service capacity. The delivery includes design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of physical security solutions at Evida's approximately 600 locations. The solution includes, among other things, video surveillance, access control, perimeter security, lighting, and speakers at selected locations, as well as necessary technical cabinets, IT equipment, documentation, and as-built material. The solution must be prepared for integration with Evida's existing IT/OT environment. Evida handles the overall system integration, while the supplier must ensure well-documented and unambiguous interfaces to the delivered systems. After the establishment phase, the supplier must provide service, maintenance, and support in accordance with a service agreement with a basic term of four years and the possibility of extension for up to another four years.

Tender Form and Material: The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior qualification of a maximum of 4 tenderers, in accordance with the Utilities Directive. Due to the protection of critical infrastructure, parts of the detailed tender material will only be made available to the pre-qualified companies after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Interest and Questions: Applications for pre-qualification and subsequent communication must be made via the dialogue function on Comdia. Questions about the tender must be submitted through Comdia's question function before the specified deadlines.
