The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a service contract for comprehensive agency services in the production sector, with a focus on technical implementation or adaptations, procurement, and logistics of advertising materials according to the understanding of the hvv. The scope of services includes, in particular, technical consultation, planning, and implementation of advertising and communication measures across different media, formats, and locations, as well as their quality, time, and budget-compliant execution. The agency will handle the technical development and adaptation of existing creative and design specifications into all necessary online and offline formats. Corporate design and advertising design specifications are derived from the digital hvv Styleguide. Access to this will be provided during the negotiation phase of the tender.
