Denmark – Refurbishment work – Istandsættelse af flytteboliger Gulvarbejder drift 3 og 4

Boliggården awards 2 contracts regarding the renovation of move-in-ready apartments; floor work for two operational areas; 3 and 4. There are two framework agreements, one for each operational area. Boliggården is a non-profit housing association that rents out approximately 6,000 public housing units distributed across 4 operational areas with a total of 50 housing sections in Helsingør Municipality. The housing units consist of family homes, senior, and youth housing. The current tender covers approximately half of Boliggården's housing units. The services are more closely described in Annex 4. Service Description and Bid List as well as Annex 3. Technical Specification. The work is carried out in close cooperation with Boliggården. Before the work begins, the Supplier receives a requisition and accompanying inspection report, which states which services are to be performed, which depends on maintenance and any wear and tear in the housing unit. It is expected that the awarded suppliers can perform urgent tasks in all 4 operational areas.
