Belgium – Guard services – VEREENVOUDIGDE ONDERHANDELINGSPROCEDURE MET VOORAFGAANDE BEKENDMAKING BETREFFENDE BEWAKINGSDIENSTEN VOOR REKENING VAN DE FOD BINNENLANDSE ZAKEN EN HET FEDERAAL AGENTSCHAP VOOR DE OPVANG VAN ASIELZOEKERS

The contract is for the award of security services for the beneficiaries falling under the main CPV code 79713000-5 (Security services), including the rental of the necessary equipment for this purpose, as mentioned under the heading "2. Equipment necessary for the execution of the contract" of the technical clauses. The services will be provided:

- At and within the buildings used by the Federal Public Service Interior and at any other location in the region covered by the lot designated by the Federal Public Service Interior, and

- At and within the buildings used by FEDASIL and at any other location designated by FEDASIL.

The contracting authorities use the contract in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):

- To meet their recurring need for security services, hereinafter referred to as structural security services;

- To meet their ad hoc need for security services, for example (non-exhaustive list): at the opening of reception centres, at the request of an authority, in the event of an incident, in the event of a temporary need for security on a site belonging to a contracting authority or during an activity organised by a contracting authority, etc.; hereinafter referred to as ad hoc security services;

- To meet their urgent need for security services, hereinafter referred to as urgent security services.
