Netherlands – Veterinary services – Levering, op voorraad houden en Uitlevering van vaccins tegen Lumpy skin disease

The objective of this contract is to combat Lumpy skin disease (LSD) in the event of an outbreak in the Netherlands. The contracting authority wishes to conclude an Agreement for the Supply, stockpiling and Delivery of vaccines against the LSD virus. See Section 2.5 of the tender document. Maximum contract value €5,820,000, excluding VAT. The total scope of the contract and, therefore, the total contract value is difficult to estimate due to the unpredictability of animal disease outbreaks. The actual scope of the contract depends on whether a crisis occurs, the scale of the crisis and the number of outbreaks during such a crisis. The estimated contract value should therefore be qualified as uncertain and may be significantly lower or higher. The contractor cannot derive any rights from the estimated/maximum value and quantities, given the above. This Tender Document has been prepared with the current knowledge and insights of the moment.
