Germany – Information technology services – Einführung und Betrieb einer Dynamic Pricing Softwarelösung (DPS) in der Parkraumbewirtschaftung für den Flughafen Düsseldorf

The objective of the tender is the procurement and implementation of a dynamic pricing software solution (DPS) for parking management to optimise the utilisation, revenues and pricing for all parking products at Düsseldorf Airport. The airport experiences strong seasonal demand peaks (particularly during holidays and weekends), high advance booking volumes, and intense competition from parking providers in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area. The existing pricing model is to be supplemented by an automated, data-driven system. The DPS is to automatically determine and continuously optimise prices from the online pre-booking channel as well as drive-up prices (without reservation) and transfer them to the existing systems of DESIGNA Verkehrsleittechnik GmbH. The start of the implementation is planned for the second half of 2026.
