Bulgaria – Road-repair works – „РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ И ОСНОВЕН РЕМОНТ НА УЛИЧНА И ПЪТНА ИНФРАСТРУКТУРА НА ТЕРИТОРИЯТА НА ОБЩИНА БОЙЧИНОВЦИ“ – РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ И РЕХАБИЛИТАЦИЯ НА ПЪТ MON 1041 /III-101 БОЙЧИНОВЦИ – МЪРЧЕВО/ – ПОРТИТОВЦИ – БЕЛИ БРЕГ – КОБИЛЯК ОТ КМ 4+830.85 ДО КМ 5+793.43

The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the technical specification, the requirements of the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ) and the subordinate normative acts for its application, including the preparation and signing of the applicable acts and protocols during the construction - from the opening of the construction site to the acceptance of the construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3 of 31 July 2003 for the preparation of acts and protocols during the construction. The object is a section of the municipal road MON 1041 from km 4+830.85 to km 5+793.43 with a length of 962.58 m. The envisaged construction and installation works include preparatory and earthworks, construction and restoration of the road structure and asphalt pavement, drainage, delimitation systems, road signs, marking and accompanying works according to the technical specification. The construction is category III (third) according to art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "ж" in connection with letter "а" of the Spatial Development Act.
