Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2024-07

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude rebate agreements under Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The subject of the contract are - unless the contract provides for exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contractual partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicines under Section 129 Paragraph 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.07.2024 (any deviations in start times result from the details of the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028 (any exceptions result from the details of the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this open-house procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
