The subject of the contract award is a framework agreement for the provision of software licenses, which will be made available to the contracting authority in the form of software rental:  Directus Self Hosted – Tier 0  Directus Self Hosted – Tier 1  Directus Self Hosted – Tier 2  Directus Self Hosted – Tier 3  Directus Self Hosted – Tier 4

Basic support applies to all the aforementioned tier license types. The operation of the software licenses will be carried out by the contracting authority itself in its own cloud environment. The supplies and services to be provided by the contractor are described in the further procurement documents.
