Poland – Software package and information systems – Dostawa, wdrożenie i utrzymanie oprogramowania dla synoptyków na potrzeby wizualizacji obserwacji, pomiarów, wyników modeli numerycznych i opracowywania prognoz na potrzeby biur prognoz lotniczych IMGW-PIB

The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled: „Delivery, implementation and maintenance of software for synoptics for the purposes of visualising observations, measurements, results of numerical models and preparing forecasts for the needs of aviation forecasting offices of IMGW-PIB”. 2. The subject of the contract specifically includes: 1) Phase I – preparation and presentation to the Contracting Authority of a project for the implementation of the synoptics support system and a detailed schedule for the implementation of the subject of the contract; 2) Phase II – preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of a pre-implementation analysis including analytical documentation and technical documentation of the synoptics support system; 3) Phase III – delivery, installation, configuration and implementation in the Contracting Authority's infrastructure of the synoptics support system along with migration and integration of observational and model data available with the Contracting Authority in the system, including: a) delivery, installation, configuration and launch of: - 2 units of servers; - software along with the grant of/ delivery of software licenses; b) conducting system tests and implementation of the system; c) delivery of post-implementation documentation of the system; 4) Phase IV – conducting training for system users and administrators and launching the system for operational use; 5) Phase V – provision of warranty and technical support (maintenance) service for the system. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract also includes deliveries made under the „option right”. Under the option right, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to purchase indefinitely (perpetual) non-exclusive licenses to the software, including licenses for the full functionality of the system for 12 workstations with the client application installed for the Windows 10 or newer system and 5 licenses for access to the software via a web browser. The use of rights under the „option right” will be dependent solely on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The contractor has no claim for non-performance of the contract specified under the option right.
