Germany – Communication land-line rental – Betrieb eines Gigabit-Netzes in Grafenhausen und Lottstetten

The municipalities of Grafenhausen and Lottstetten have already established a fibre optic infrastructure in recent years to ensure a high-performance and future-proof supply in certain parts of their supply area. Based on this infrastructure, the contracting authority plans to build a subsidised gigabit network using FTTB technology in the cadastral areas named in section A.3 of the task description for this project, successively from 2026 to 2030. Starting from connection points to existing fibre optic infrastructure and the backbone network of the district of Waldshut, the subsidised gigabit network (FTTB) consists of feeder infrastructure into the supply area and intra-urban distribution networks in the respective expansion areas.
