The aim of the staff surveys is to systematically and anonymously gather opinions, viewpoints, and assessments of staff on various topics in order to incorporate them into the further development of the company. In doing so, staff should be actively involved in development processes and their perceptions of job satisfaction (processes, workload, etc.), health, and leadership should be assessed. Moreover, the surveys should serve to evaluate workplaces for psychological stresses and, if necessary, be supplemented with additional topics. The contract is awarded in the following lot division: Lot 1 „Participative planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of staff surveys, feedback of results, conception of measures derivation“ and Lot 2 „Support and accompaniment in the follow-up phase“.
