Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-04 Cariprazin

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Cariprazin. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating statutory health insurances do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months for TK, commencing on 01.07.2026, and a maximum of 18 months for HEK, commencing on 01.01.2027. The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. If the patent expires or the market exclusivity expires before the aforementioned end date, the contract will automatically end at the end of the month of the patent expiry or the market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
