A writing assistance solution is to be procured for the central federal administration, federal courts, parliamentary services and administrative units of the decentralised federal administration that use the BIT as an IT provider, which can be used without training or data from the requesting entities. The solution is to be hosted externally to the federal administration by the provider in a secure, certified environment and made available as a SaaS via a web interface. Furthermore, it should be possible to integrate the writing assistance solution into federal applications (e.g. MS-Office products, data catalogues or electronic administration of the federal administration) via an API.
