The State Building Authority Munich 2 is responsible for carrying out building maintenance measures in existing properties of the Technical University of Munich TUM. The existing buildings that are the subject of this contract are the largest building complex of the research campus in Garching. A wide range of chairs conduct teaching and research there. The facilities on site range from office units, meeting rooms, archives, cafeteria, libraries, spacious lecture halls to laboratories and test workshops. The faculty complex was built around the year 1995, which is why the TUM is now planning extensive and far-reaching renovations of the roofs. Of the approximately 40,000 m² of roof area, particularly urgent areas have already been renovated. For all remaining areas, a renovation concept with a schedule and sequence plan will be required, which must be based on a basic investigation to be provided, inventory with possibly required exploratory openings. The following planning tasks may arise: - On-site inspections and inventory of the roof areas to be renovated - Priority list of the roof areas to be renovated - Renovation concept for the roof areas to be renovated - Architectural services from performance phase 1 to 9 for the roof areas to be renovated - Possibly special services as required

The measures for the provision of the FBT services will be called up individually by means of an FBT single order as required. See all information in the enclosed A_25-119221_Task_description. Services - basic services and special services - of the service spectrum of building planning buildings according to §§ 33-37 HOAI for performance phase 1-3 and 5-9 in fee zone III (basic fee rate) will be awarded.
