The procedure designation "Open Procedure" (section IV.1.1) used in the context of this notice is due to the requirements of the notice form. Neither the use of the designation nor the use of the medium "TED" implies any submission to procurement regulations, the application of which is not compulsorily prescribed by law or procurement regulations. This is a framework agreement with an option to join, relating to various active substances.
