The University Hospital Düsseldorf intends to conclude a framework agreement for 4 years (+ 1 year extension option) for the provision of IT hardware in a leasing model as well as additional purchase items. As part of a lot-based tendering procedure, a capable and reliable partner is sought for the procurement of Windows-based and Apple-based hardware. Furthermore, it must be ensured that hardware equipment - especially for new buildings or special projects - can also be procured outside the leasing model ("purchase items"). This hardware should be aligned with the standards defined in the leasing contract in terms of equipment, quality, and compatibility to ensure a uniform IT infrastructure and seamless integration into the existing system landscape. Additionally, the tender includes services that must be provided by the contractor (AN), these include, among others: - Delivery - Return after lifecycle end - certified deletion process (also for purchased devices upon consultation) - Individual labels and packaging
