Denmark – Chemical products – Rammeaftale på indkøb og levering af Polymer til slamafvanding på rensningsanlæg

The procurement concerns the purchase and delivery of polymer for sludge dewatering at wastewater treatment plants for supplies in KompetenceCenter Sjælland and Lolland Forsyning. The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure, according to the Public Procurement Act, LBK no. 10 of 06/02/2023, which means that all interested tenderers can submit an application to participate in the procurement. The contracting authority will pre-qualify 5 applicants, who will be invited to submit initial tenders, according to the procurement process described in section 4.
