We are looking for a landscape architecture firm to design the public space for phase 3 and beyond. This concerns the phased transformation of the current covered shopping centre, bus station and parking building in the northern part of the planning area into a high-density, multifunctional district centre of Schalkwijk. The preparation of a public space design plan; preliminary design, preliminary design and final design (SO + VO + DO). This should take place in phases, based on the starting points and frameworks of the Masterplan Schalkwijk Centrum and the Handbook Public Space Centre Schalkwijk (the so-called Mini-HIOR).
