Germany – Primary school construction work – Beschaffung von Totalunternehmerleistungen für die baulichen Erweiterungen an Grundschulen in Viersen (Paket 1 Alt-Viersen)

The City of Viersen intends to construct new canteens, as well as new classrooms and ancillary spaces at multiple school locations. The services at the various school sites will be bundled into measure packages and awarded separately. The present Package 1 - Alt-Viersen comprises three sites in three lots (Lot 1 - Catholic Primary School at Zweitorstraße, Lot 2 - Community Primary School Lindenschule Regentenstr. (formerly GGS Rahser), Lot 3 - Catholic Primary School Remigiusschule). Within the framework of a Europe-wide procurement procedure, the City of Viersen is seeking, for these three school sites, contracting partners who will take over the services of a turnkey contractor for all planning and construction services for the planned school extensions.
