Under the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority invites tenders for the maintenance of greenery and mowing tasks within the administrative area of Budapest, II. district. Due to the character limit, the continuation of point VI.3) (BT-300): 11) The Contracting Authority, based on section 30 (4) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that all the economic and financial (the P/1. quantity, the P/2. suitability requirements are considered different), technical (the M/1.1. a), b), c), d), e), f), g), h) and i) points, M/1.2., as well as M/2.1., M/2.2., M/2.3. suitability requirements are considered different in terms of subject and type), and professional (the SZ/1. suitability requirement is considered different in type) suitability conditions and their proof have been determined more strictly (differently) overall compared to the list of qualified tenderers. Furthermore, compared to the "bronze" level qualification of the Public Procurement Authority, all relevant economic and financial (P/1., P/2.), technical (M/1.1. a), b), c), d), e), f), g), h) and i) points, M/1.2., as well as M/2.1., M/2.2., M/2.3.), and professional (SZ/1.) suitability conditions must be proven overall beyond the proof of appearance on the list of qualified tenderers. 12) With regard to point IV.2.6) (BT-98, OPA-98), the Contracting Authority records that the tender binding period is 30 days from the date of opening the tenders. 13) In matters not regulated in the AF, the procedure shall be carried out according to the instructions of the public procurement documents, as well as the Kbt. and the relevant Hungarian legal provisions. The times specified in hours are to be understood as precise Hungarian time. 14) Main information on the evaluation criteria: - awardable score: 0-100; the Contracting Authority rounds the score to two decimal places in case of fractions; - evaluation methods: inverse proportionality for the 1st evaluation criterion, direct proportionality for the 2nd and 3rd evaluation criteria, and the scoring method for the 4th evaluation criterion is as stipulated in the public procurement documents. 15) The Contracting Authority does not hold an on-site inspection or on-site consultation, the site related to the fulfilment is freely accessible. 16) The Contracting Authority informs the tenderers that the personal data of the economic operators will be handled within the framework of the procedure according to Article 6 (1) a) and c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). According to the GDPR, the tenderer must confirm on a form their consent to the processing of the personal data communicated in the tender. 17) Responsible accredited public procurement expert consultant: Dr. Péter Csizmadia (00482) 18) The Contracting Authority intends to ensure its guarantee from the own budget of Budapest, II. District Local Government. 19) The procurement procedure is not subject to the scope of Government Decree 235/2024 (VIII. 8.) on environmental requirements to be applied in public procurement.
