Poland – Event services – „Usługa organizacji i przeprowadzenia zagranicznego wyjazdu studyjnego do Egiptu (Kair) dla przedsiębiorców z województwa małopolskiego, działających w obszarze Regionalnej Inteligentnej Specjalizacji „Chemia”

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation and implementation of a foreign study trip to Egypt (Cairo) for entrepreneurs from the Małopolskie Voivodeship operating in the area of Regional Intelligent Specialisation “Chemistry” within the project “GoExport Małopolska”. The contract covers the comprehensive logistical and substantive support of the trip, in particular: air transport of participants, local transport at the place of visit implementation, accommodation, participant catering, participant insurance, provision of a trip coordinator/pilot, organisation of study visits to institutions, companies and industry organisations related to the “Chemistry” sector, organisation of industry and networking meetings, provision of substantive and organisational support for the visit, provision of translation services during meetings and visits, preparation and implementation of B2B meetings with foreign entities operating in the area of Regional Intelligent Specialisations, in particular in the chemistry sector, substantive preparation of the visit, including the identification of potential business and institutional partners, other services necessary for the proper and comprehensive implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. NOTICE! In the event that the political or epidemiological situation in the country or in the destination country/city of the trip or in the transit countries makes safe stay impossible, the Contracting Authority will have the right to cancel the procedure on the basis of art. 255 point 5) of the Public Procurement Law or withdraw from the contract on the basis of art. 456 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The detailed definition of the subject of the contract is contained in the “Description of the Subject of the Contract” (DSC), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
