Award of a tripartite contract, signed by the contracting authorities (PICCJ and DNA) which have associated, under the provisions of Article 44 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, for the purpose of organising, conducting and completing the award procedure which has as its object the supply of a licence type EVS - Cellebrite Inseyets On-Prem Unlimited Unlocks and 80 Cellebrite Inseyets On-Prem Pro licences with a 24-month operating period (starting from 01.12.2026), including ancillary services (e.g. delivery and technical support). The number of days within which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 21 days. In accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, to the extent that clarifications are requested in a timely manner, the contracting authority's response to these requests will be published in the SEAP 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates.
