Description

The subject of the contract is the service of tailoring formal, exit, and service uniforms according to specified patterns for professional soldiers and soldiers promoted to the 1st officer rank according to WDTT for each assortment. The subject of the contract has been divided into three independent tasks, each of which will be evaluated separately: - TASK I - Providing the service of tailoring formal uniforms to measure for professional soldiers and soldiers promoted to the 1st officer rank. - TASK II – Providing the service of tailoring service uniforms to measure for professional soldiers. - TASK III - Providing the service of tailoring exit uniforms to measure for professional soldiers. 2. The contracting authority does not limit the number of contract items (tasks) for which the contractor may submit an offer. The contractor may submit an offer for 1, 2, or 3 contract items (tasks). The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers, which means that the contractor may submit an offer for the full scope of 1, 2, or 3 contract items (tasks). Offers not containing the full scope of the contract (all assortment positions) specified in the individual tasks will be rejected on the basis of art. 226 para. 1 point 5) of the Pzp Act. 4. The deadlines for taking anthropometric measurements and fitting will be set in the working mode between the contracting authority and the contractor. 5. It is possible to change the delivery deadlines for the uniforms if the contracting authority will not be able to meet the set deadlines for reasons beyond their control (e.g. lack of information about candidate assignments to the type of armed forces, lack of soldiers' availability). The contracting authority allows for such a change up to 15 days. The above changes will not result in the assessment of contractual penalties for the contractor and will not constitute a basis for any other financial claims by the contractor against the contracting authority. The above changes require a change to the contract in the form of an annex for validity. 6. In the event of incorrect anthropometric measurements by the contractor, the contracting authority will set an additional deadline for the measurements to be taken again. The contractor will take the measurements again in the city of Dęblin, at their own cost. The contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this regard. 7. After taking the anthropometric measurements, the contractor is obliged to hand over one copy of the size documentation to a representative of the Clothing Service of the 41st Training Air Base in Dęblin. However, after completing the contract, the contractor is obligated to send all copies of the size documentation to the Clothing Service of the 41st Training Air Base in Dęblin, and if they made copies of this documentation - to destroy it, so that no data contained in the size documentation remains with the contractor. 8. During the service provision, representatives of the contracting authority may enter the contractor's premises with their consent to verify the quality of the services performed and compare the uniforms with the plant sample. 9. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the basic contract at a 100% level of the quantity of individual assortment positions. 10. The delivered uniforms must be described or marked (e.g. with a label with the EAN-13 EAN-8 barcode) on the packaging by the contractor in a way that allows for easy assignment of the given item to the person for whom it was made on the basis of the size documentation, which was handed over to a representative of the Clothing Service of the 41st Training Air Base in Dęblin after taking the anthropometric measurements. In addition, each delivered uniform item should have size markings and all information specifying the product in accordance with the applicable standards. 11.
