France – Technical testing, analysis and consultancy services – Essais et mesures pour le contrôle qualité des matériaux utilisés dans la construction et l’entretien des infrastructures de Nîmes Métropole

This consultation concerns a framework agreement for testing and measurements for quality control of materials used in the construction and maintenance of Nîmes Métropole's infrastructure. The subject of this framework agreement is the performance of the following quality control services: - On-site testing for earthworks, roads and concrete, - Laboratory testing on products and components, - Acceptance testing. As part of this consultation, the Nîmes Métropole Urban Community, acting as the contracting authority, is referred to hereafter as the "public purchaser". Place(s) of execution: Territory of the Nîmes Métropole Urban Community. This contract is awarded under an open tender procedure, in accordance with Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, concluded in accordance with Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R2162-4-2° of the same Code, it is concluded with an economic operator, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount. The services of the framework agreement will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the public purchaser and will be settled according to the unit prices of the Schedule of Unit Prices, depending on the quantities actually carried out. This contract is concluded for an initial period which begins on the date of its notification and ends after 24 months. This contract may be renewed under the following conditions: - Initial contract period: from the date of notification for 24 months - First and 2nd renewal periods: from the end of the previous period for 12 months.
