France – Refuse and waste related services – Déchets DIB (Déchets industriels solides banals), papiers, cartons et destruction d’archives confidentielles ou non de la RATP (collecte, stockage, traitement et valorisation)

The present contract is a framework agreement, of the single-operator framework agreement type, with no minimum and with a maximum. The total maximum amount of the contract is the total maximum estimated amount over the total maximum duration indicated in the BPU increased by 25%. The present contract concerns the services (described in the CCTP in the annex) of storage, collection, treatment and valorisation of DIB (Industrial Solid Waste), paper and cardboard and destruction of confidential or non-confidential archives. Definition: Industrial waste, acronym DIB, defines the set of non-inert and non-hazardous waste produced by the usual activities of a professional. For sites under RATP management, excluding household waste, and metal or non-metal waste, the waste subject to the contract includes: • Solid industrial waste such as wood, packaging of any kind (non-soiled), reinforced and non-reinforced rubber, glass, etc., • Paper and cardboard produced on RATP sites (excluding tertiary sites managed by RRE or URBAN STATION) • The company's archives that have reached the destruction date. By archives, we mean all documents, regardless of their date, place of conservation, form and medium, produced or received by the RATP services in the course of their activities. The storage media for these documents are, in particular, paper, CD Rom, DVD Rom, films, photo negatives. For the tertiary establishments of the RATP managed by RATP REAL ESTATE The nature of the waste to be collected is limited to: • Only DIB. For the tertiary establishments of URBAN STATION The nature of the waste to be collected is limited to: • DIB, • Paper and cardboard and/or selective collection • Glass • Biodéchets. 1.1 Scope of services The contract includes the collection, storage, treatment and valorisation of waste generated by the tertiary and industrial activities of the RATP or RRE or URBAN STATION or RSI. The contract includes the execution of the following types of services: • Rental and emptying of small and medium capacity containers; • Rental and removal with exchange of large capacity containers; • Rental, installation and removal and redeployment of "tasseurs" containers (compactors); • Collection leaving a clean space where the bin (or drum, can...) has been removed; • Emptying by trucks of waste bins; • Collection of waste in plastic bags (assimilated to manual removal); • Removal and destruction of archives (with, for some, a certificate of destruction) confidential or not; • Transport of the waste listed in Article 1 "Nature of the waste", to an authorised and approved treatment centre; • Valorisation of these waste.
