Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2024-02

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK/hkk participate in the respective lot, is derived from the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts under § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the mentioned active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products. The medicinal products subject to the contract are, unless the contract provides otherwise, always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products under § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning at the earliest on 01.04.2024 (any deviations in start times are derived from the information given for the respective lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.03.2026 (any exceptions are derived from the information given for the respective lot), regardless of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
